8 I have a new Gaba GLV 2403 FullHd Led Television and when I connect my PC to it using the VGA port it works fine. But when I connect my laptop to the television, I see white shadow around the characters. I tried some gamma-light-contrast-acuity combination, but it didn't help. I checked the HDMI connection to the TV, and it appears to be good.
Monitor ghosting is caused by the slow response time of a monitor relative to what is happening on screen. Of all the LCD monitor types, a ghosting monitor is most likely to be a VA panel because they have slower response times compared to TN or IPS panel types .
Try updating the Display drivers from the manufacturer's website or from Windows update and check if it helps. Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly: Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly

Windows 11 desktop label shadow. There is shadow on the desktop level on my windows 11 after breaking from windows 10 to 11 this problem occur I tried the solution from advanced system setting and turned off the the option which allow shadow under text of label if anyone has any other option they can suggest me I tried that black theme option also.
As you know, with default settings, shadows appear under texts on the desktop. The shadows not only make texts on the desktop look beautiful but also make the texts easier to use. No matter what picture you are using as desktop background, enabling shadows for texts make them easier to read.
That shadow is very annoying when im playing games. I don't really know what the cause of this problem, so I reinstall the GPU driver and reset the monitor settings, but it doesn't fix it.
Here's a screen shot of my monitor. Some time today (and since then) it's been like this. I've tried connecting my computer + the same HDMI cable to another monitor and it seemed to work 100% ok there. So is this means my monitor is now dead? Or can it be fixed with some smart software command, etc? Thanks in advance to any help!

Text has "Shadows" I just got a LCD screen finally and im having a problem with most of the text. It appears as though most text have a slight shadow to them. Some even have a red shadow which is very noticeable. I tried turning on/off cleartype, but that does not address the shadow.
